Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the

MindX mobile application operated by ProjectBro

By downloading or using MindX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you

do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. USE OF THE APP

MindX is a free brain-training and casual games application provided for

entertainment purposes. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes

and not to misuse, hack, or interfere with its normal operation.

2. VIRTUAL ITEMS (COINS)

The app may include virtual coins and rewards. These have no real-world

monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be

transferred outside the app. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items

at any time.

3. ADVERTISEMENTS

The app displays third-party advertisements (Google AdMob). We are not

responsible for the content of third-party ads or any websites or products

they link to.

4. USER CONTENT

Any display name you choose must not be offensive, abusive, or infringe on

others' rights. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, graphics, and code in MindX are owned by

[DEVELOPER NAME] and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy,

modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

6. DISCLAIMER

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any

kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This Privacy Policy explains how MindX ("we", "us", or "the app"), operated

by projectbro, collects, uses, and protects information when you use

our mobile application.

By using MindX, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not require you to create an account or provide your real name,

email, or phone number to use the app.

a) Information you provide

   - A display name (nickname) that you may optionally set in your profile.

b) Information collected automatically

   - Game data: scores, coins, XP, levels, achievements, daily streaks.

   - A randomly generated anonymous user ID (via Firebase Anonymous

     Authentication) used to save your game progress.

   - Device and advertising identifiers, used to show ads.

   - Basic technical/device information for app functionality and crash-free

     operation.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information to:

   - Save and sync your game progress and high scores.

   - Show leaderboards and rewards.

   - Display advertisements.

   - Send notifications (if you allow them).

   - Improve the app's performance and user experience.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted third-party services that may collect information as

described in their own privacy policies:

   - Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, Cloud Messaging)

device. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of

MindX is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect

personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided

personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request deletion of your game data at any time by contacting us at

the email below. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your

device.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted

on this page with an updated effective date.
